We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of our policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and to selected international regions.
Estimated delivery times are for reference only. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The original packaging is intact

  • The item is in resalable condition and not damaged

  • The return does not affect secondary sales

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

6. Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a 365-day warranty against non-human-caused damage.
This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, modification, or accidents. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

MG Trading Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
