🔄 Return Window

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery.


Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The original packaging must be intact

  • The item must not affect secondary sales

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, we will cover the return shipping.

  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


🛠️ Warranty

All products are covered by a 365-day warranty for non-human-caused damage.
