📦 Inkii Return & Warranty Policy

🔁 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Returns are free of charge if the item is defective or damaged.

  • For other reasons (e.g., changed mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.

📬 How to Return:

  1. Contact us at support@yivke.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, please share the tracking number with us.

📦 Need us to collect the item? We can arrange pickup for eligible parcels (max side <100", perimeter <150", weight <140 lbs). Pickup fees will be quoted and deducted from your refund.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.


❗ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened items

  • Gift cards or bonus items

  • Final sale items


🛠 Limited Warranty

All Inkii products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

✔️ Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

❌ Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, wear and tear, or modification

  • Third-party repairs or accessories

  • Commercial or improper use

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

🔍 Claiming Warranty:

  • Email support@yivke.ca with your order number and photos of the defect.

  • Our team will assess and advise next steps.

  • Replacements are subject to availability.


📎 Additional Notes

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible.

  • Refunds, exchanges, and warranty services may require proof of purchase and shipping documentation.
